Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of rome2rio services, you need to register a valid account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination without prior notice.
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact rome2rio customer support immediately at [email protected].
Your password must be strong and must not be shared with any third party. rome2rio will never ask for your password via email or live chat.
User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
As a rome2rio platform user, you agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Using the platform for any purpose that is illegal or unlawful under Malaysian law.
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform's operations, servers, or associated networks.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or use the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Manipulating game outcomes, exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities, or cheating in any form.
- Transferring funds obtained through illegal activities into a platform account.
- Making false claims or misrepresenting your identity to rome2rio or other users.
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance held in the account, and legal action where appropriate.
Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the rome2rio platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Available deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX (online banking), and bank transfers via major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and others.
Deposits made into an account cannot be transferred to a third party. Any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the account holder. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may range from a few minutes to several business days.
Rome2rio reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, without being required to provide a reason in advance.
Liability Limits and Account Policies

Rome2rio provides this platform on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. The platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the services, including financial losses resulting from gaming or wagering.
The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of its services. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary disruptions. rome2rio is not liable for any losses incurred during such periods.
Account Suspension and Closure
Rome2rio reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that a user has violated these terms, engaged in fraud, abused promotions, or breached applicable laws. Users whose accounts are terminated due to violations are not entitled to a refund of any balance arising from such fraudulent activity. Appeals may be submitted to [email protected] within 30 days of the account closure date.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Governing Law
